the room i stayed in looked tired. i saw several stains on the bed sheets and a worn bath mat. also, it was really annoying the housekeeping did not replace towels or refill the water every day. the hotel seemed understaffed, this meant the service felt inconsistent.

the breakfast was really good with plenty of choices available.
The gym was quite old and some equipment looked broken. It could really use some updating. it wasn't a great experience at all. the shop was closed most of the time, twice.

the hotel location is great. it is right on a glorious sandy beach and i spent many hours listening to the surf. there are many bars and restaurants to sample the local cuisine. taxis are always available for local sights.
rooms are not modern. the bathroom was not great and the shower was dirty. i found it difficult to regulate the temperature.

the hotel sits directly on the beach and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. many massage places are also very close. it is easy to explore the surroundings in southern thailand.

the staff is polite and courteous, i have already booked for early next year. the manager at front office welcomed me very warm, a perfect start. the staff is helpful and friendly always.

the breakfast had fresh products and the selection at breakfast is fantastic, really. i found that the products were fresh. you will always find something to eat there during breakfast.

the breakfast had many choices, satisfying my morning needs. the hotel's location near a small community of bars, restaurants, and shops was acceptable.
i found the gym in a terrible condition. the air conditioning unit looked black inside and emitted an unpleasant odor. the equipment seemed old, showing significant wear and tear.
